Standard delivery charges are worked out on the value of the order. To work out what the freight will be on your order, please tick the appropriate box on the quote cart and this will automatically work out your freight cost. If your destination is a Rural Delivery address please contact us for a quote and the standard delivery charges will not apply.
Any customer orders that are dispatched from our warehouse to the showroom for pickup will have the same freight charge as delivering direct to a residential address. Having orders sent to the showroom results in a double up on dispatch time for staff (one dispatch for the warehouse and then receipt and dispatch again from the showroom)
We have put this policy in place to limit dispatch requirements at our Evoque showroom as this location has limited space and staff resources.
Due to the fragile nature of Soren Liv product we use professional furniture carriers where possible. While these have a longer delivery time than general freight, they provide the level of care necessary to deliver your product safely. Approximate delivery times below:
Ex Whanganui, New Zealand Warehouse
Please allow 4 - 5 working days for North Island delivery
Please allow 5-7 working days for Upper South Island deliveries
Please Allow 7-9 working days for Lower South Island deliveries
Ex Melbourne, Australia Warehouse
Allow 5-6 Weeks for delivery on Items stock in the Australian warehouse. We have a minimum of at least 1 container of customer orders coming from this location per month. This time frame allows customer orders to be collated into container lots
Delivery times are estimates only, we endeavour to deliver within the specified time but we do not take responsibility for circumstances outside of our control which may affect the quoted delivery date.
Delivery is complete when the goods arrive at the destination supplied by you the customer. Goods need to be inspected on delivery and any damage noted on delivery docket. Goods will be insured until they are delivered.
We accept returns and exchanges on stock items within 7 days of receipt, provided the items returned are in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging. A restock fee will apply, please contact us for further details.
The cost of delivery for returned items is at your expense, however if you are returning faulty goods we will credit the cost of postage to your account.
We do not accept returns of special orders unless the goods are faulty.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
Destinations Outside New Zealand
GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand.The purchaser is responsible for any customs or import duties at the country of destination.The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate the day it is purchased.
