Pickups and Transfers
Auckland Showroom
No freight charge for items picked up from floor stock in Auckland Showroom. Orders will be held for 5 business days. If items aren’t picked up in this time frame, we will dispatch and charge standard urban freight.
Rule: Orders shipped from Whanganui Warehouse to Showroom for pick up will have the applicable transfer fee applied. (Direct Delivery best where possible, showroom has limited space and dispatch resource)
Installation
Includes Assembly, Placement, and Rubbish removal. Excludes Styling.Difficult Access, or Out of work hours may incur extra charges

Commercial Premise Freight
Delivery of orders over $1500 to a commercial premises such as a Warehouse or Retail store will be freight free on the following conditions:
- $1500 threshold is reached in one order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify- Premises is open normal business hours of 9am-5pm to receive goods with no prior notification
- Drop off only
- If a phone call is required to book delivery, standard freight charges apply.
Delivery Timeline and Process
You are invoiced once items have been dispatched from our Warehouse in Whanganui.
Your carrier’s name, docket number, and dispatch date are included in the attached invoice.
Delivery dates provided are estimates, with final responsibility resting with the carrier.
Our Carriers usually run to an area schedule and certain days may not be available in your location.
For all private deliveries and installs, the carrier will be in contact to book the delivery time. Could be via TXT or phone call.
Timeframes – Estimated
Public Holidays, Weather Events can cause delays beyond our control.
Ex Whanganui, New Zealand Warehouse.
Please allow 5-7 working days for North Island delivery
Please Allow 10-12 working days for South Island delivery
Ex Melbourne, Australia Warehouse: allow 8+ Weeks for delivery on Items stock in the Australian warehouse. We have a minimum of at least 1 container of customer orders coming from this location per month. This time frame allows customer orders to be collated into container lots.
Terms and Conditions
Rates are current as of 29th April 2026. Soren Liv has the right to adjust freight pricing as required.All Prices on this sheet are GST exclusive.
A Mix of Courier and Carrier companies will be used as determined most effective by Soren Liv.
Prices are subject to change at any time; to obtain an accurate freight quote and confirm current pricing, please get in touch with the Soren Liv team prior to finalising your order.
Returns
Acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Soren Liv. Application for returns and exchanges on standard range items must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods & items must be in original condition, unused and in the original packaging. A restock fee will apply for any returns accepted, please contact us for further details.
The cost of delivery for returned items is at your expense, however if you are returning faulty goods we will credit the cost of postage to your account.
We do not accept returns of special orders and non range items due to change of mind.
Payment
We accept payment by direct credit, Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards via phone, website or through the showroom, and EFTPOS through the showroom.All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
Destinations Outside New Zealand
GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand. The purchaser is responsible for any customs or import duties at the country of destination. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate the day it is purchased.
