Te Arai Links
Positioned north of Auckland, Te Arai Links is a world-class destination with golf courses, a wide variety of outdoor activity and luxury accommodation that invites guests to relax.
We worked with fit-out provider, Cemac, in conjunction with world-renowned designer Jenni Kayne to craft furniture that was commercially durable, yet beautiful to accentuate the New Zealand coastal environment. -
Horizon by Sky City
Found in the heart of the Auckland CBD, the new Sky City Horizon Hotel is a impressive building where the glass blends into the sky. Designed with horizon-like curves throughout the hotel and hints of Aotearoa throughout the hotel it is a distinctive addition to the Auckland hospitality market.
We worked with design team at Furnz Group who were responsible for delivering the interior design, manufacture and procurement for the hotel. Taking their carefully considered brief, we helped deliver custom designed joinery, furnishes and finishes that spoke to the unique character of the hotel. -
Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort
Soren Liv collaborated with Queenstown designer Jess Blair to curate a bespoke collection of modern furniture for the initial stages of this expansive refurbishment project.

Park Tower Auckland is a student accommodation in the heart of Auckland city. Soren Liv worked with Mansons TCLM to create welcoming spaces with custom designed booth seating, dining tables, occasional chairs, side and coffee tables and bar leaners, selecting colours and fabrics to match with the existing décor brief

Wakefield Unilodge Common Rooms
Soren Liv worked closely with the team at Cedar Pacific in Brisbane, while liaising with DASL and Icon construction to specify, supply and install all the loose furniture for the Wakefield common rooms. This included manufacturing custom designed booth seating, sofas, occasional chairs, dining tables and bar leaners, selecting colours and fabrics to match with the existing décor brief, as well as procuring and installing everything from pool tables to pianos.
