Found in the heart of the Auckland CBD, the new Sky City Horizon Hotel is a impressive building where the glass blends into the sky. Designed with horizon-like curves throughout the hotel and hints of Aotearoa throughout the hotel it is a distinctive addition to the Auckland hospitality market.
We worked with design team at Furnz Group who were responsible for delivering the interior design, manufacture and procurement for the hotel. Taking their carefully considered brief, we helped deliver custom designed joinery, furnishes and finishes that spoke to the unique character of the hotel.

Taking the initial concepts from the Furnz design team, we developed these into realizable designs through prototyping, sourcing and sampling before production began on pieces for over 300 rooms, plus unique pieces for premium suits, lobby areas and private dining room.
As a luxury hotel, the pieces created were focused on decadent coloured marble, soft brass accents and well crafted rich timber pieces - all made within premium commercial grade fabrics and finishes to offer durable pieces for significant use.
